We are missing out on the new opportunities — because we are scared and suspicious of the unknown. Missing out on new incredible people and connections because we’ve been betrayed in the past. We are stubbornly stuck with our old patterns in our own heads meanwhile the real world is so much bigger, so much wider and so much more diverse than we could imagine. And also, the most important, it is much more welcoming than we think, sometimes it’s just a matter of making a tiny little step towards the unknown, towards the stranger, towards something we’ve never experienced before…
